The property offers reasonable prices, rooms are brand-new and new-fashioned with garden view as well as other customer's personal bags. It is in comfy and secure location to Place du Trocadero, set near the hotel. The property is in a good area.

The balcony view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing. The beautiful twin room provided ample space for family with children to relax together.
The hotel lacked engaging activities for children on-site.

Too many things, the room was terrible with a broken toilet pan, lights that did not work, very dirty bathroom, maybe because the lighting was poor??? Noisy, pings from the lift all the time, generally not a 4 or for that matter even a 2 star hotel

Great location (Eiffel tower and subway) , staff were very friendly and helpful. Free WIFI
Some complimentary drinks would have been nice - like water in rooms. And swimming pool/sauna/spa facilities would have been nice.
